Our pedagogical work is based on the INFANS approach to early years education.
The focus is on the systematic observation of each child – their interests, topics and developmental milestones form the basis of our educational work.

What is INFANS?
INFANS stands for ‘Institute for Applied Socialisation Research / Early Childhood’. The Kinderhaus Ringelrosen is certified as an INFANS educational nursery and also holds QualiKita certification. The approach combines scientific findings with practical experience: every child brings their own learning priorities with them. Our task is to recognise these and provide targeted support.
How we work
Our carers observe the children regularly and document their development. On this basis, we develop individualised educational programmes tailored to each child’s interests and stage of development.

Areas of education
We support children in various areas of development: social-emotional development, language and communication, movement and motor skills, perception and sensory experiences, as well as creative and free play.
These areas are incorporated into everyday life – during free play, in projects, on outings and in specific activities.
