We tailor the settling-in process to each child’s individual needs. Through observation, documentation and ongoing communication with parents, we provide thorough and attentive support for each child’s development.

We create an environment in which children feel safe whilst still being able to explore the world. Clear rules provide guidance, whilst consideration and recognition characterise our daily lives.
When it comes to personal hygiene, we involve the children, respect their boundaries and safeguard their privacy.

We speak to children clearly, respectfully and as equals, in accordance with the principles of non-violent communication. We strictly reject any form of violence, whether verbal or physical.
