Our safety concept covers day-to-day operations, emergencies and prevention measures to ensure your child is in safe hands with us.
Safety in everyday life
Children are never left unsupervised here. All our premises are child-proofed and all emergency numbers are to hand at all times.
Staffing ratio
Depending on the size of the group, one or two trained staff members look after the group of children. We also ensure there are sufficient qualified staff members available in the event of illness or holiday absences.
Emergency Plan
Our entire team is trained in first aid for young children and attends regular refresher courses. In an emergency, the child will receive immediate medical attention and the parents will be informed straight away.
You will be given detailed information on hygiene, rules regarding illness and the dispensing of medication during the tour.
